Delete your account and data
You can delete your BirdID account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either of the options below.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open BirdID and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email from your registered address to feedback@fab-apps.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify and process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address.
- Your authentication data and any confirmation codes.
- Your usage records linked to your account.
Note: Your identification history is stored only on your device. It is removed when you delete your account in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Photos you submitted are never stored on our servers.
Data we may retain
We may retain a minimal amount of information where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as financial records of subscription purchases (handled by Google Play and our subscription provider). This data is not used to identify you for any other purpose.
